Issued on the occasion of the TAVIV National Stamp Exhibition in 1960, this souvenir sheet shows a large detail of a 1741 etching depicting a celebration of the birth of the Archduke Joseph on April 24, 1741. This festive procession was organized by the Jewish community of Prague to demonstrate its loyalty to the crown. The procession is led by the Jewish postman, whose image is also on the TAVIV 1960 stamp. The Primator of the community and sponsor of the procession, Simon Wolf Frankel, is shown riding behind two trumpeters and six runners near the head of the procession.
